Who are Naturopaths

Naturopathic Doctors (NDs) specialise in natural health care. NDs (USA) are trained to identify and remove causes of ill health and treat using natural, non-toxic therapies. NDs' primary goal is not only treat one's conditions, but ultimately to maximise one's health. The practice of naturopathy includes modern and traditional scientific and empirical methods.

  6. Hydrotherapy: These methods can provide relaxation and immediate symptom relief from a variety of ailments through the thermodynamic properties of hot and cold water. Research has shown that the proper application can optimize overall health by stimulating the immune system and supporting detoxification pathways.
